Bo Sar

Bosar Agency is an AI systems studio based in Kraków, Poland, co-founded by Bohdan "Bo" Saranchuk and Bohdan Petryshyn. The agency builds practical AI implementations across three core areas: conversational AI (customer support automation, lead qualification, product recommendations, and voice agents), workflow automation (CRM automation, data extraction, tool integrations, and SQL generation), and AI strategy and advisory work (readiness audits, use-case identification, implementation roadmaps, and team training).

Engagements follow a three-step process - a discovery call, an AI audit that maps existing processes and produces an implementation roadmap, and then a build, ship, and train phase. Bosar Agency holds Gold Partner status with Retell AI for voice-agent deployments and has built Claude-based implementations for clients, including running a "Claude Code mastery" training track for client teams. Client work referenced by the agency includes TKTV, Svenson, and Mura.

Saranchuk brings more than 10 years in tech, including prior experience founding startups, while co-founder Bohdan Petryshyn has more than 10 years in software engineering, including time at HubSpot, and holds a Master's degree in AI with published research. The founding pair is supported by Senior AI Engineer Nick Romanenko.
