How we make money.
A directory you can trust has to be honest about its incentives. Here are ours, in full.
The rules that never bend.
Free for buyers, forever. No paywalls, no premium contact unlocks, no fees to browse, filter, or be matched.
Listing and verification are free, forever. No consultant has ever been Verified because it would make us money, and none ever will be. The Verified badge cannot be bought.
Money only ever buys labelled placement. Paid placements are marked "Featured", capped per page, and never change who gets Verified or how matching scores. A Verified consultant who fails re-verification loses their paid placement too — placement never outlives verification.
What consultants can pay for.
Two placement tiers, priced publicly — no gated pricing calls, no annual lock-ins, cancel anytime:
Featured — US$149/month
Labelled placement: homepage Featured slots (maximum three), top-of-category position (maximum three per category), and priority on tied matchmaker scores. Verified consultants only.
Premium — US$395/month or US$3,950/year
Everything in Featured, plus quarterly editorial coverage (always labelled), a full analytics dashboard, and bookable intro-call slots on your cards.
Early days honesty: while the directory builds its audience, placement slots are being granted by hand and billing is switched off. Prices shown are what these placements will cost when billing begins — nobody is charged until then, and the labelling rules apply either way.
Affiliate links.
Where our guides link to software platforms, some links may earn us a commission. Those links are always marked, and commissions never influence which platforms our editorial recommends — in some cases we earn nothing at all on a recommendation. Reviews and rankings are never for sale.
Where we come from.
This directory was founded by David Jenyns and the team behind SYSTEMology, the business-systemisation company. That history is why the directory exists — and why the rules above are strict. SYSTEMology-certified consultants are eligible to list, and so is anyone else who clears the Standard: the bar is identical for everyone, no methodology or platform pays for inclusion, and the directory recommends consultants across every major documentation platform, not any one vendor's.
