Caleb Hosmer

Foundation is an AI infrastructure company founded by Caleb Hosmer (CEO), alongside co-founders Handro Vermeuluen (CTO) and Sabastian Scrivner (CRO). Rather than selling a single point-solution, Foundation builds what it calls Foundation OS - a layer of context management, operational workflows, institutional memory, and AI agents that sits underneath the software a business already runs on.

Foundation OS integrates directly with tools founders already use day to day, including Gmail, Slack, Notion, Claude, Xero, Stripe, Shopify, and Microsoft 365, turning scattered information and repetitive coordination work into automated, AI-run processes. The target client is a founder running a team of roughly 5 to 20+ people generating $3M-$10M+ in revenue, who is buried in administrative and coordination work that a system, rather than another hire, should be handling.
