Drawing on over 20 years’ experience as an Operations/Practice Manager in the medical industry, Denise identified a common challenge shared by medical practices: the absence of well-documented systems. This realisation led her to establish Pace MediSystems and a deep-rooted desire to enhance the lives of medical professionals and their dedicated staff. Denise wants to share the wealth of knowledge she has acquired, striving to empower medical professionals and their teams, to cultivate improved work experiences and create a truly exceptional patient experience.

Denise acknowledges that medical practices encounter numerous challenges, and implementing effective systems is just one of them. During Covid, Denise successfully managed a surgical profile consisting of five specialists and approximately 30 staff members, leading the practice to achieve record profits. However, despite her dedicated efforts, she constantly found herself overwhelmed with tasks and unable to get ahead.
