Friyay.ai is an Australian AI-powered revenue recovery platform, built by co-founder Gareth Rydon to help small and medium businesses find and activate revenue they're currently leaving on the table. The platform is organised around three use-case groups: Recover (customer reactivation, retention, and onboarding), Capture (speed-to-lead response, appointment booking, and proposal generation), and Discover (prospect finding, prospect intelligence, and surveys). Under the hood it combines outbound SMS, AI voice calls, inbound conversation handling, and playbook-driven conversational AI to qualify leads, generate smart replies, and produce evidence-backed proposals, with results tracked through built-in analytics and reporting.

The platform connects into a business's existing CRM via API rather than requiring a rip-and-replace, and accepts simple CSV contact imports to get started. Friyay is based in Sydney and operates with Australian data residency.

Before Friyay, Gareth Rydon trained as an accountant before moving into human-centred design and innovation, holding leadership roles at Stone & Chalk, Rightpoint, and AMP across financial services and startup ecosystem work. He now also works as an AI keynote speaker and advisor, appearing on podcasts and at industry events such as the AI Marketers Guild APAC webinar series to talk through practical, human-centric approaches to generative AI adoption for small and medium businesses.
