Ilja Radlgruber

Pantaflow is a Vienna-based digital strategy consultancy that helps organisations build AI-enabled digital operating models — restructuring how work gets done across four areas: structure and processes, collaboration and communication, controlling, and resource management. The consultancy's central thesis is that most repetitive, keyboard-and-mouse-driven work inside a business can be automated, and that the resulting time should be redirected toward higher-value knowledge work.

The firm is led by Dr. Ilja Radlgruber, a medical doctor with over a decade of AI development experience who also holds the Head of Division role for AI-driven Healthcare Management and Process Optimization at Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna. Pantaflow Digital Business GmbH was registered in Vienna in February 2019, with Radlgruber as sole managing director; the company is wholly owned by GoKo Prime Holding GmbH.

Radlgruber personally supervises every Pantaflow engagement, with expertise spanning AI strategy consulting, process re-modelling, digital health management, and natural language processing for intelligent automation. Given his clinical and university background, healthcare and other process-heavy regulated environments are a natural fit for the consultancy's work, alongside broader digital operating model engagements for other organisations.
