I started Organising Works after sixteen years of watching the same problem play out in business after business: the owner is the bottleneck, knowledge sits in their head, and nothing scales without them in the room.

My work is documentation that actually gets used. We sit with your team, capture how things really get done (not how you wish they were done), and build a playbook your business can run on without you in every meeting.

Clients are typically 4-50 staff, three-plus years in, owner-led. Trades, allied health, professional services. The shape we look for is: founder ready to step out of operations, team big enough to need real systems, leadership willing to commit ninety days to make it stick.
